Brewed in the style of a Belgian strong ale, then aged in neutral oak barrels for 9 months with souring bacteria and various spice additions. Featuring a malty base with only a light tartness level. Forest-y and fresh-cut grass aromatics. With notes of citrus, ripe fruit, and subtle herbs. Overall, it’s an earthy and rustic delight.
