SURF NINJA • 6.1% Blackberry Mango Coconut Sour IPA with Madagascar vanilla & milk sugar. Back again this year with a bigger berry addition and hopped with Mosaic and Sabro. A fruity, tropical, tart, and refreshing sour IPA.

The idea for the base of this international collaboration was appropriately an Imperial Stout, but the instructions were to add your own spin and get creative. So that we did.
Our version is an 8% abv Chocolate Vanilla Hazelnut Sour Imperial Stout brewed with smoked malts, black peppercorns, brown sugar & milk sugar. Notes of tart cherries and hazelnuts dipped in milk chocolate, with hints of spice and smoke.
All proceeds will be donated to @blacklegalactioncentre, a non-profit community legal clinic that provides free legal services for low or no income Black residents of Ontario.

THROUGH THE RHYTHM • 6.5% Carrot Cake Sour with carrot juice, spices, Madagascar vanilla & milk sugar. Dry-hopped with Simcoe. A cakey treat loaded with sugar and spice, with a mellow carrot flavour throughout. The Simcoe hopping adds notes of orange and pineapple.
